FAQs

Does Hair have to be washed before getting service? -Yes & No. Yes, if you’re getting extensions, Frontal, Closure, or Wig Unit sewn in. Hair needs to be free of oils & debris. No, If you’re getting hair relaxed, blown out, silk pressed, dread retwist, colored, a quick weave or short cut. It’s all apart of service.

What is all required for a Wig Unit Customization? -When getting a wig customized, You will first need to schedule an appointment so we are able to get all measurements of clients head. Secondly, You will need to tell me how you want your wig customized(cut, colored, curls,etc). Thirdly, I will need hair dropped off to me at least the day of measuring. Please allow 2-3 days after for wig to be customized. And 1 day before the actual need of wig installment to come in for fitting of wig.

Do I supply hair extensions? -Yes. You can order online or purchase at PHBC.

Do I accept Cash, Credit or Checks? -PHBC only accepts Cash, Debit & Credit Cards. No Checks.

Do I allow “I owe You” from Clients? -Absolutely, No.

Do I have Gift Cards Available? -Yes, & they’re good up until 1 year from purchase.

How much is my hair service?-All prices are as followed online.

Do I braid hair? -Not as of the moment.

Do I allow same-day booking? -Yes, I do.

Do I give senior discounts?-Absolutely! Call salon for more info.

Can I bring my own extensions to be colored, sewn-in, quickweaved, or to be installed for my wig unit?

-Absolutely! Just keep in mind all extensions need to be perfectly in tact. Not cut up into pieces. And free of all debris & oils.

Do my hair have to be relaxed if I’m doing a leave out, getting a quick weave with leave out, or getting hair styled? -Absolutely! All partially natural or natural leave out has to be relaxed. The Styles come out better.
